If there ever was a neighborhood that reflected Rome’s personality, it would be Trastevere – historic and rough around the edges. For centuries, it’s been the proud neighborhood of the plebs. If you can get past its buzz – Trastevere is a local and tourist favorite for people watching and partying– you’ll find the labyrinthine district hides amazing culture, history and treasures on its sides street. For me, that means artists’s studios and galleries, and my newly discovered oasis of vintage design just around the corner from Rome’s infamous Regina Coeli prison: Triple F, Federica Formilli Fendi’s passion project of interiors and vintage design.
In this episode, Federica opens the door into the enchanting world of Triple F and invites Erica for peek. For decades, Federica, scion of the illustrious Fendi family and daughter of Franca, has been collecting Italian and French furniture which she transformed from passion project into a gallery boutique Triple F. Listen in as Federica shares her journey from flea markets to and Fendi to Casa Triple F.
