Located an easy bicycle ride from the Venetian lagoon in Roncade, H Farm is the perfect setting for the future of Italy- an open and entirely green landscape where H Farm is the artist to an evolving work of art.

In 2005, Donadon founded H Farm as the one of the first venture incubators in the world. In fact, one of their unicorns is DePop, recycle fashion marketplace app that every woman from 16 to 30 year old uses. With innovation and technology always on his mind and realising that it needed to be seeded in young minds at an early age, Donadon decided the H Farm should take on the true roll of a farm- to grow innovation and just a decade later, H Farm acquired an elementary and secondary education program launching H Farm Academy.
In 2019, Donadon and H Farm teamed up with Mariano Zanon to create Italy’s first eco-sustainable and innovation campus (dorm and day students) for K through 12 students with the idea of also brining university and post grad on campus. H Farm opened in 2020. Covering 51 hectares, the campus is both school and hub for all incubators and brain swell ideas. It houses dorms, three restaurants, classrooms, and 3000 square meters dedicated too ports. The campus completely energy self-sufficient. H Farm collaborates with its community including the Alajmo brothers and Philippe Starck.
