Coffee Talk with Carolina Vergnano, Caffe Vergnano

Apple Podcasts | Stitcher | Spotify

I’ll do anything for a great cup of coffee, including flying to Torino for a chance to learn how to make the perfect cappuccino. Meet Carolina Vergnano, fourth generation from the famed coffee family Caffe Vergnano. What started out as a tiny emporium in the small town of Chieri in Piemonte in 1882 has become an international empire, and Caffe Vergnano is still the humble, family-run brand.

“Every single region of Italy, there are different ways of drinking coffee, and I think we should respect them”,”

When great grandfather Domenico started his trading business, he sourced coffee – a new concept to Italy at the time, which he sold to tea shops and with each generation, Caffe Vergnano has expanded 360 degrees into the world coffee – bars, blends, capsules, coffee gear, sustainability and give back program. There are Caffe Vergnano all over the world, but back in Chieri is the Academy

Family, fragrant blends and fabulous fourth wave, Carolina and I coffee talk.
