The ABCs of Italian Cheese

Apple Podcasts | Stitcher | Spotify | iHeartRadio

There are 600 different kinds of cheese in Italy, but those doesn’t include the homemade and one-of-kinder cheese that never leave the small towns where they are made. Eleonora Baldwin , tv host and founder of Casa Mia Tours, is trying to change that as she traverses the near and far corners of Italy to find the ABCs of Italian cheese.

I sat down with Eleonora to talk about the blues, specific four incredible and very different cheeses from four different regions: Veneto’s Blu61 (Veneto) , Blu di Bufala (Lombardia) , Strachitunt (Lombardia) and Amore Primitivo (Puglia)

“I have not had a cold in a long time, and it’s become I consume huge amounts of blue cheese.”
